I’m really impressed with Calatech. I purchased a new Apple Watch from them at a very reasonable price. They were really helpful on the telephone when I had some issues sorting the transfer of old data to the new device. (No drama or tech talk just straightforward assistance)
As an added bonus you also get brilliant emails from time to time with hints on how to preserve your battery or (in the latest!) limit your devices capability to eavesdrop! I’ll definitely be using (and recommending) them in the future.
The team at Calatech are helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. I bought my phone from them nearly a year ago and my camera and torch stopped working recently. They repaired it fuss free the same day! They had even put a new screen protector on it as the old one was damaged and cleaned the phone up! Thank you guys, really appreciate the help and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!!
If I ever need a phone , calatech is always my place to go .
I have brought phones for my children and myself over the years and the service has always been amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble .
Would highly recommend and would never go anywhere else , thank you all
I recently purchased two phones from Calatech and couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a reliable seller and they have lived up to this expectation. The service was professional, delivery was fast and the after service follow up good. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality secondhand phone.
Sat on the wife’s iPad. Completely shattered the screen. Needless to say I needed a fix pronto. The guy from Calatech who helped me was super friendly and helpful and got it fixed the same day for a very fair price! And with a 2 year warranty which I thought was very generous. Will be taking all my tech here in future for repairs and to buy/sell anything too. Highly recommend!
