Most repair shops won’t tell you who touched your phone, what parts went in, or what was checked before you got it back. We will. Every repair is done by hand in our Haverhill studio, and here’s exactly how.
I’m Harrison. I’ve been repairing phones since I was 15 — I’m 29 now, so that’s 14 years at it, long before Calatech existed. When we opened in 2020, that bench came with me, and it’s still where every repair gets done.
These days I share it with Fausta, our lead engineer. I trained her myself, and she’s grown into someone who does pretty much everything I do. Your repair is in safe hands with either of us.
And we don’t only fix customer phones. We repair and refurbish thousands of our own stock devices to the exact same standard, so the bar a phone has to clear to go on our own shelves is the same bar your repair is held to. That’s a lot of reps on a lot of models, which is the real reason we can tell you honestly what will and won’t fix a given fault.
Most shops fit one grade of part and don’t tell you which. We offer a range, named and priced on every repair, so you choose what suits your phone and your budget:
All three genuine tiers carry our full 2-year warranty. Premium aftermarket is covered for 1 year. Which tiers are available depends on the repair and the model. You’ll see them, named and priced side by side, on each repair page.
If a part isn’t good enough for us to fit to our own phone, it doesn’t go on the list. We’ve turned down whole batches that looked fine on paper and failed in the hand. And we’ll never quietly fit a cheaper part and call it genuine. The tier is on your quote, in plain words, before you commit.
Before anything’s quoted, we check the phone over. The obvious fault isn’t always the only one. You get an honest picture and a clear price, with the part tiers laid out. No surprise add-ons later.
The work happens on our bench in Haverhill, by hand, never boxed up and posted elsewhere. Where a repair breaks the phone’s water-resistance seal, we re-seal it properly as part of the job.

We’re not a drop-shipper or a mail-away service. There’s a physical Calatech studio at 21–27 Hollands Road, Haverhill. Walk in, talk to the people who’ll do the work, and collect it from the same place.
