Bought an OLED nintendo switch from this company just before Christmas. It ended up having an issue with one of the joy cons, the company dealt with my issues expeditiously and send a replacement.
When that one had issues connecting another one was sent the same day as the email and it works perfectly now.
I'll be seeking to purchase further electronic goods from this place in future. With the warranty and excellent customer service - it's 5*.
Sat on the wife’s iPad. Completely shattered the screen. Needless to say I needed a fix pronto. The guy from Calatech who helped me was super friendly and helpful and got it fixed the same day for a very fair price! And with a 2 year warranty which I thought was very generous. Will be taking all my tech here in future for repairs and to buy/sell anything too. Highly recommend!

Good website, excellent communication and prompt delivery. Never ordered a reconditioned iPhone before so was nervous. iPhone 16 pro max arrived spotless, with 97% battery! Would recommend to others as I am sure this honest local firm cares about their customers.
I am always wary about buying refurbed tech but these guys were so good . Excellent communication and first class service . Item arrived the next day and is totally as described - even in original box it looks like new . I will buy again from these guys who are now my go to for refurbed tech . Thank thank thank you .
